The Double-A Eastern League has announced their player of the week, and for the first time in 2011 a Detroit Tigers minor league received any honor of that type.

Justin Henry, an utility player for the Erie Seawolves, is hitting .368 with ten RBIs this season.

Since May 6th, Henry is hitting .473 with two doubles, five RBIs, three stolen bases and has raised his OPS to .927

Henry has played 1B, 2B, SS, LF, CF, RF and DH with the Seawolves this year, fielding at a .936 clip.
